Product specifications are agreed according to the buyer’s requirements and the particular lot. Depending on the destination market and intended use, quality parameters may include calibre, colour, moisture, foreign matter, damaged seeds, split seeds, infestation, safety indicators and other characteristics.

We coordinate sourcing from Russian agricultural producers and elevators, lot selection, quality verification, export documentation and logistics. Product parameters are fixed in the specification and confirmed by an analysis report, quality certificate or other lot documents before shipment.

Transaction documents may include:

• supply contract;

• specification;

• invoice;

• packing list, if applicable;

• analysis report;

• quality certificate;

• phytosanitary certificate;

• certificate of origin;

• transport documents;

• additional documents subject to destination country or transaction requirements.

Delivery terms are discussed individually and may include EXW, FCA, CPT, DAP, FOB, CFR, CIF or other agreed delivery bases. Shipment may be arranged by truck, railway or multimodal route depending on volume, destination point and acceptance requirements.

Minimum order quantity, shipment schedule and price are calculated individually. We are open to one-time wholesale deliveries as well as long-term cooperation with regular supply.
